We love our whole-home water softening system from Water Tec. We also have their kitchen R.O. system for delicious drinking water at our kitchen sink and through our refrigerator. Water Tec calls every other month to see if we need salt for our system. If we do, they bring it and fill the container. I'm thankful, as I don't have to lift that 50 lb. bag. The R.O. filters are changed annually. Water Tec sends you a reminder with a coupon. Some have said I could do it cheaper myself. That's nice and fine for some. I prefer to have their tec do it with their products. Then I'm guaranteed to never have an issue with leaks. We all know what a pain any water leak can be. In the 9 years we've been here, we've never had a single problem. Their customer service before, during and after your installation is great. I can't tell you how thankful we are to have been referred to Water Tec. You'll be thankful for hiring them too.

Water Tec took over the management of the water softener connected to our well. They maintain the system, including putting us on the route to add salt to the filtration system, and advise us of actions necessary to keep the storage tank clear. Our water is soft and clean. Water Tec installed my under-sink kitchen RO and pre-filter system and my water softener 8 years ago. I have had them back annually for filter changes and to inspect the equipment. I have had only extremely positive experiences ... polite and knowledgeable technicians ... fair pricing for value ... no need for me to go anywhere else.

We did recommend Water Teck to our neighbors 912 S Pantano Road & they did buy a softner from you. We just had a seal go out & the water leak was 75 gallons a day. Wonderful experience the whole way though. Jack gave an easy quote, we were able to set and install date quickly. Our installer George was particularly awesome, not only got everything installed by let our toddler ask all the questions.
